For a baby's birth, we recommend including the following information. Remember we can add other pieces of information if you wish.

• Baby's full name
• Birth date
• Birthplace
• Time
• Weight
• Length
• Names of parents, siblings & pet

For a christening, baptism, naming, or bris, we recommend adding this list to the above.

• Names of grandparents and/or godparents
• Names of clergyman involved
• Name of the church, synagogue, etc.
